This notice covers www.everwatch247.com. It describes what EverWatch LLC collects through this website and what we do with it. We keep it short because the site does very little.
What we collect
If you submit the project inquiry form we receive the information you type into it: your name, organization, work email, optional phone number, project location, facility type, project stage, the systems you selected and your description of the problem.
Our web server also records standard request information such as IP address, timestamp and the page requested. We use it to keep the site available and to limit automated abuse of the inquiry form.
What we do not do
- We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you submitted an inquiry.
Why we have it
To respond to your inquiry, to scope and price the project you asked about, and to keep a record of what was discussed if the project proceeds to a proposal or an agreement.
Who else sees it
Inquiries are delivered to us by a third-party transactional email provider and stored in our business email. We share inquiry information outside EverWatch only where it is needed to deliver the project you asked about, for example with a manufacturer, a specialist subcontractor or our professional advisers, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Where a project proceeds, the related records are kept for as long as we are required to keep project, tax and contract records.
Your choices
Email projects@everwatch247.com and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will action deletion requests unless we are required to keep the record.
Attachments
The inquiry form does not accept file uploads. Please do not attach drawings or bid documents to it. We will arrange a secure exchange once we have spoken.
